SK PEE WEES - AUXILIARY

Committee Duties: Auxiliary Chair:  This person is responsible to the board for reporting on current activity.  The Chair person also reports to the treasurer, and is the only one to forward funds to the treasurer to simplify things for that person.  The Auxiliary chair person is also responsible for holding the team parent meeting, and making sure the team parents all have current and accurate information regarding all fund raising and concession and picture activity.  All team parents can ask questions regarding their jobs directly to the auxiliary chair person.  They may be forwarded, however, to the appropriate comittee member to make sure the question is answered as quickly and accurately as possible.  The main priority for the Auxiliary chairperson is to get information out to the parents as quickly as possible. Back to Top Concession Team Leader:  This person is responsible to the Auxiliary chair person regarding concession items and funds.  They schedule the volunteers to work in the concession stand, and make sure the purchases are made.  They are the person to whom all concession questions are directed.  We need 2-4 volunteers to help in the concession stand (mostly cooking) in case the Team Leader is absent (Like, she wants to go to her child's game!) We also need help and support from parents af all teams to volunteer in the concession stand during practices and games.  There must be 2 people present at all times in the concession stand, and one of them MUST be a volunteer within the auxiliary board. Volunteers must be at least 14 years old to work in the concession stand. Back to Top Picture Team Leader:  This person is responsible for scheduling the photographer and the teams.  They must work closely with the 2 necessary volunteers who each represent football and cheer.  These people help the team leader and photographer on picture day, making sure things run smoothly.  No need to pass out pictures, the photographer sends them directly to the parents this year!  Easy job, we need 2 volunteers. Back to Top Sponsorship Team Leader:  We are all, as members of SK  Pee Wees, responsible for getting sponsors to support us.  However, the questions go to the Team Leader, who can help you with letters, receipts, etc.  The funds go to the Sponsorship team leader, who forwards them to the auxiliary chair.  This person is responsible for making sure the appropriate "thank yous" get sent in a timely fashion.  This person could use some help with copies and mailing and stuff like that, no biggie.....please help! Back to Top Season Fund Raiser Team Leader:  This person(s) works closely with the auxiliary chairperson to organize and manage the league fund raiser(s). As you can see, we have 2 people this year (we like to spread the wealth!) We could use a person next year to help us out on this. Back to Top
